So many thanks to Jeff and the wonderful people at bambu for supporting me and the vision of change! 3 days in and this trash tour is already changing the way I look at my life, the purchases I make and especially what I chose to eat!

The small bambu cutting board fits easily into a ziplock plastic bag and I am using it as a plate when I get small meals on the go (like pizza or falafel)...the people who serve me my food use the bambu board instead of a paper plate and it's always a great conversation starter (undoubtedly people will also ask me why I don't want to eat off of a paper plate and that of course starts the story!)

I encourage readers to give it a try, even if it's just for a day as all big journeys start with small steps.

be well...
